When a vehicle is forced to stop on an inter-urban road and the driver or one of the passengers is about to exit the vehicle:

  1. The driver must wear a vest when exiting the vehicle, only if other vehicles are on the road.
  2. The first person to get out of the vehicle must wear a standard fluorescent vest when exiting the vehicle or stepping out of it.
  3. No obligation applies to this situation. Wearing a vest is obligatory on an urban road only.
  4. Only the driver is obliged to wear a vest, and not any other person exiting the vehicle.
