A police officer may revoke a driver’s license for a period of sixty days:

  1. When the driver commits a traffic offence which doesn’t cause a road accident
  2. When a driver involved in an accident is reasonably suspected of being responsible for causing injury or causing damage to property.
  3. When the driver is caught speeding
  4. When the driver commits a traffic offence in which a person is killed
