Apart from a driving instructor, who may escort a “new driver”?

  1. Any holder of a valid driving license for the same class of vehicle, and aged at least 24 yrs old.
  2. A holder of a driving license for the same class of vehicle for at least 3 years and aged at least 30 yrs old, or a holder of a license for at least 2 yrs and aged at least 35 yrs old.
  3. Any person who has not been convicted for any traffic offence during the past two years.
  4. A holder of a driving license for the same class of vehicle for at least 5 years and aged at least 24 yrs old, or a holder of a license for at least 3 yrs and aged at least 30 yrs old.
