How should we behave whilst driving downhill?

  1. Shift into a high gear and keep the clutch pedal pressed for greater safety.
  2. Shift into neutral gear, in order to save fuel.
  3. Shift into one of the drive gears and keep the clutch pedal pressed.
  4. Whilst driving down hill we must make sure that one of the gears is engaged.
