The license of a “New driver” will not be renewed as a regular driver's license, if he is convicted of:

  1. Not stopping where a “give right-of–way” signpost is placed.
  2. Illegal overtaking
  3. Not placing a “new driver” sign on the vehicle’s rear window.
  4. Driving a motor vehicle without valid insurance.
