When there is a “no left turn” sign in an intersection:

  1. It is permitted to make a U-turn when there is an arrow pointing to the right only.
  2. It is permitted to make a U-turn from any lane.
  3. It is permitted to make a U-turn when no traffic disturbance is caused and when the U-turn is not prohibited by any traffic sign or marking.
  4. It is permitted to make a U-turn for private vehicles only.
