The “hard shoulders” are not designed for vehicle traffic, except for:

  1. Hand propelled vehicles, tractors and slow moving vehicles, which delay the traffic behind them.
  2. Private vehicles and motorcycles, in order to give right of way to buses.
  3. All vehicles are prohibited to drive on the “hard shoulders”.
  4. Taxis, in order to overtake other vehicles.
