Upon completion of the two year “new driver” period, a regular driver’s license will not be given to a “new driver” who was convicted of:

  1. Driving above the maximum speed limit.
  2. Not stopping next to a “danger” warning sign.
  3. Driving a motor vehicle while having a temporary insurance policy.
  4. Not placing a “new driver” sign on the vehicle’s rear windshield.
