A tractor driver is prohibited to carry a passenger, unless:

  1. 3 months passed from the date he obtained the tractor driving license.
  2. One year passed from the date he obtained the tractor driving license.
  3. 6 months passed from the date he obtained the tractor driving license.
  4. He successfully passed a theoretical examination based on the traffic point system.
