A person above 18 yrs who received a Class A1 or A2 driving license for the first time shall not carry a passenger on a motorcycle, unless:

  1. He already holds this driving license for a period of at least 6 months.
  2. He successfully completed a correct driving course.
  3. He already holds this driving license for a period of at least one year.
  4. He already holds this driving license for a period of at least two months.
