When you exit a dirt road on to a paved road.

  1. There is no obligation to give right of way. It depends on the good will of the driver exiting the dirt road.
  2. Give right of way to vehicle traffic on the roadway only when it is a two-way roadway.
  3. Give right of way to vehicles coming from your right side only and then drive. Incoming traffic from your left side should yield.
  4. Give right of way to vehicle traffic on the paved road from all directions.
