  2. A public vehicle with front –wheel and rear-wheel drive and a standard chassis, which is indicated as a desert vehicle within its registration document.
  3. Any private vehicle with front-wheel and rear-wheel drive which is indicated as a desert vehicle within its registration document.
  4. A commercial vehicle which is indicated as a desert vehicle within its registration document.
